All Loot Radar Pro sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or account credits for monthly or yearly subscriptions — including for unused time after you cancel, or if you forget to cancel before renewal.
Pro is delivered digitally: alerts start with the next scan (usually within 20 minutes of subscribing), and every alert costs us real money to send. We keep the price low ($4/month) instead of building refund overhead into it.
You can cancel in one click from the billing link in your DodoPayments receipt email. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period — you keep every alert you've paid for.
If you were charged twice or for a plan you never bought, that's a billing error, not a refund request — write to lootradar@codemeoww.com and we'll make it right.
